Tai Chi – an introduction

This activity is currently full, with a waiting list.
A 10 week course to introduce a short form of Tai Chi consisting of 17 moves especially designed for older people.
By the end of the course, group members should be able to use this sequence of moves to help develop and maintain balance, control and flexibility of movement Tai Chi requires an ability to stand and walk unaided but is suitable for all levels of fitness,
Meeting every Tuesday morning from October 3rd to December 12th inclusive, 11,15 – 12.45 (except October 31st) at Cornerstone Community Centre, Church Road, BN3 2FL.
PLEASE NOTE.  Participants will need to commit to attending ALL sessions to learn the moves and sequence.  Please wear loose clothes and flat shoes.
