Operatunity

‘Operatunity’ welcomes everyone who loves opera: those who know opera well, and those who are learning.
The group meets weekly.   We focus on varying themes, and enjoy learning about different styles, genres and languages.
The themes also focus on specific entire operas, or a particular style, such as Bel Canto.
Sometimes we have a “Pot Pourri” session, where we enjoy watching and listening to the group’s own choices, suggestions and recommendations of opera clips.

We also enjoy an occasional quiz – partly to review our learning, and partly for fun.  Questions – often posed by group members – are geared to all levels and teams “challenge” each other !  The team element also gives members a chance to get to know each other and to share knowledge.

Groups start on 7th September.
