Hello, I’m Ginny – a Mat 3 Pilates instructor specialising in exercise for older adults.

My focus is on maintaining and/or increasing flexibility & mobility, developing core stability, and building strength & endurance to help you achieve a pain-free, balanced lifestyle.

How the class runs: 15 min warm-up to include all-important balance; 30 min Pilates exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups; 15 min stretch.

Classes are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness (subject to completing a medical questionnaire) and participants must commit to regular attendance.  A decent Pilates/Yoga  mat is essential.

Please bring any equipment you have (e.g. resistance band, small ball, block)

Classes will initially start at 10:45, but may be moved earlier.

This term will run Jan 11 to Apr 05 (Exc Feb 22).
