Hello, I’m Ginny – a Mat 3 Pilates instructor specialising in exercise for older adults.

My focus is on maintaining and/or increasing flexibility & mobility, developing core stability, and building strength & endurance to help you achieve a pain-free, balanced lifestyle.

How the class runs: 15 min warm-up to include all-important balance; 30 min Pilates exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups; 15 min stretch.

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience so whether you are beginner or advanced you are welcome to join.

Please bring your own mat and also any equipment you have (e.g. resistance band, small ball, block)

Classes will initially start at 10:45, but may be moved earlier.
